LAS 25 MEJORES CANCIONES DE ROCK
Un amigo me ha pedido que le grabe las 25 mejores canciones de rock de todos los tiempos. En el primer momento pensé que era una labor fácil pero más tarde me di cuenta de la dificultad que entraña esta tarea. Mis gustos son absolutamente subjetivos y para mi Smells Like Teen Spirit es la mejor canción, pero quizá para el resto del mundo no, por eso solicito ayuda para confeccionar esa lista. Si me dejas 3 nombres de canciones y sus intérpretes iré añadiendo y actualizando la lista. Me gustaría entregarle las canciones el 3 de marzo, ¿lo conseguiré?Para empezar dejo constancia de mis tres mejores canciones de rock.

The Doors - Pues lo mismo que con Nirvana! Te recomiendo el disco Morrison Hotel, donde creo que están las canciones más "Rock" de los Doors. Roadhouse Blues de ese mismo disco, por ejemplo, es un gran tema.

Stone Temple Pilots - Core, escucha Core. Un discazo, de ahí puedes sacar muy buenas canciones. Desde la balada Creep, a la ya más dura Dead And Bloated.
Scorpions - Rock You Like a Hurricane.
Iron Butterfly - In A Gadda da Vida.
Bad Company - Bad Company.

a mi modo de ver,la música o el verdadero rock ya no existe, se quedó anclado en los 70 y 80.
grupos como Led Zeppelin y Deep Purple con grandes cantantes y virtuosos guitarristas como page y blackmore. Lamento que la juventud de ahora se deje llevar por lo comercial y no por el sentido que tiene la música y en especial el rock. Creo que si miras a esto dos grupos encontraras las mejores cancione de rock de todos los tiempos, aunque a los Purple los tienen muy olvidados. Tienes que oir canciones como Child Time,Burn, Highway star, smoke on the water y hush, black night, al igual que danzed of confusion, achiles last stand,black dog, Led Zeppelin no es solo Starway to Heaven.

Al leer una crítica, es mejor no hacer caso cuando sea de un anónimo. Porque no tiene ninguna valides.
Dices: “Un amigo me ha pedido que le grabe las 25 mejores canciones de ROCK de todos los tiempos”. Y pides tres favoritas cuando en el mundo del ROCK existen distintos géneros para distintos gustos a través de más de 50 años que existe el rock. Hay quienes les gustan Hard rock, heavy metal con todas sus variaciones (Thrash metal, Death metal, Black metal, Power metal, Gothic metal, doom metal, etc) otros prefieren el rock folk o el rock country o también el rock alternativo, el rock clásico o el rock and roll. He incluso hay quienes consideran “rockera” a Madona y la ponen en el salón de la fama de rock, algo que no entiendo ¿ ?.
Solo es cuestión de ver que es lo que le gusta, porque hablar de ROCK es hablar de un universo en la música y es lo mismo que decir ¿cuales son las mejores canciones de mundo?.

Born in The U.S.A. de Bruce Springsteen es una de las peores canciones en la historia del rock porque si bien su música no es mala, aunque no es cosa del otro mundo, su letra es terrible, en una de sus estrofas dice: “Born in the U.S.A. Got in a little hometown jam so they put a rifle in my hand sent me off to a foreign land to go and kill the yellow man” (Nacido en Estados Unidos, Me metí en un lío en el pueblo así que me pusieron un rifle en mi mano. Me enviaron a un país extranjero para que matara hombres amarillos). Esto refiriéndose a la guerra de Vietnam. Si bien no es culpa de Bruce Springsteen, ya que esta canción la escribió como protesta, los fanáticos del rock de Estados Unidos la tomaron como un himno, como un orgullo, e incluso el presidente de ese entonces Ronald Regán felicito al compositor en un acto público.

Stairway To Heaven-Led Zeppelin. porque abarca todo lo que una buena canción deve tener,
parte acustica normal solos alterada la letra es muy buena y hasta dice que tiene mensaje subliminal por eso yo creo que es la mejor.
Dream On-Aerosmith. no a todos les gusta pero es una exelente cancion sobre la vida y el tio steven tyler valla que tiene una gran voz,
y es verdad que le ven a Guns and roses?!! digo si son buenos pero aerosmith y demaziados grupos lo superan Slash no sera nada sin Joe Perry
